Jobs move through .state/inbox/building/testing/review/failed/shipped/logs at runtime, which constantly dirtied the repo and blocked clean rebases. Ignore the per-job lifecycle files (keeping each dir via .gitkeep) and stop tracking the consumed inbox job instances.
