## Deployment Decision

- `tracker-web` is an internal tracker surface.
- It should stay on the single Azure VM with the internal dashboards and shared service ingress.
- It should not be maintained as a Vercel deployment target.

## Why It Stays On The VM

- internal operational workflow surface
- aligned with VM-hosted admin and backend services
- not intended as a public-facing portal web app

## Hosting Rule

- host on the Azure VM
- keep behind internal controls
- do not create or maintain a Vercel deployment target for this app
