saravanakumardb1 c3f81cc97a fix(kotlin-sdk): add platform query parameter to kill-switch URL 
BLKillSwitchClient was missing the platform query parameter that
BLFeatureFlagClient already sends. This caused the test
'sends correct query parameters' to fail.
