Bump stripe 17 -> 20 and adapt to the breaking API changes:
- PromotionCode: coupon moved under `promotion` ({ type: 'coupon', coupon }).
mapPromo now reads p.promotion.coupon; create now passes
promotion: { type: 'coupon', coupon: id } instead of a top-level coupon.
- Subscription.current_period_end removed (now per subscription item). Add
getSubscriptionPeriodEnd() = max(items[].current_period_end) and use it in the
customer.subscription.updated webhook handler.
- Update the promos route test fixture to the new promotion.coupon shape.
Verified: platform-service build (tsc) clean; promos (14) + stripe/subscriptions/
billing tests pass; full suite 1692/1692.

Root cause: tinypool worker teardown calls kill() which returns EPERM
in the act_runner host environment on Node.js v25.2.1. Tests pass but
the vitest process crashes during cleanup, causing CI failure.
Fix: --pool forks CLI flag on every package/service test script, plus
pool: 'forks' in all vitest.config.ts files. This uses child_process.fork()
worker management which handles termination cleanly.
60 package.json files updated, 10 vitest.config.ts files updated.
Node 25 removed corepack as a built-in. Replace all 'corepack pnpm'
invocations with direct 'pnpm' calls since pnpm is installed globally.
Affected: platform-service, tracker-web, blob, testing, LLM dashboard
- Add gen-module.ts with full CLI interface
- Generate types.ts, repository.ts, routes.ts, and test.ts
- Support field types: string, number, boolean, date, datetime, enum, string[], number[]

Added .env.example with required env vars.
